This class combines a workout focused on upper body strength training, Boxing & Cardio
BUTTS N GUTS
This class focuses on the glutes and abs using small weights combined with Cardio to get a glowing sweat session in while burning a significant amount of calories.
20/20/20 FIT
This class combines 20 minutes of Circuit Training, 20 Minutes of Boxing & 20 Minutes of Yoga Sculpt.
AMPED UP
This class focuses on HIIT (high intensity interval training) using Boxing as the main cardio exercise. This class is all Cardio with little to no rest or breaks.
TOTAL BODY RESET CIRCUIT TRAINING
This class is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high intensity aerobics and exercises that are performed in a circuit. These classes target strength building and improves muscular endurance using a series of exercises that are performed within a certain amount of time one after the other with little or no rest in between exercises.

This class is for younger children ages 7-10 years old. Boxing is the base of the class mixed with group fitness games and kids warrior type training to help promote proper form.
