WHO WE ARE

Patriot 2.0 is a boutique gym that offers a variety of fitness classes for everyone. The majority of our classes include boxing, strength training, and cardio exercises. We also offer some additional classes, such as yoga sculpt and butts & guts, to give our muscles a break from boxing. Our classes are highly energetic and fun! Every class is different and is never repeated. Our members stay engaged as our 1 hour classes fly by.

Our instructors will emphasize proper technique and encourage you to reach your peak performance by helping you to improve your speed, endurance, flexibility, strength and agility. We offer creative and cutting edge classes that are both aerobic and strength based and focused on obtaining positive results.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is ideal if you have specific goals or past injuries you want to work through. This type of training lends itself to more advanced exercises which requires more focused coaching. This can be done as a one on one or small group training.


SPORTS PERFORMANCE

In the sports world, there's a lot of focus on improving general fitness and performing drills to simulate plays on the field. While those facets are certainly important, sports performance training can push athletes to the next level while also providing plenty of room to improve.
