THE GOAL
The focus of the exercises are (but not limited to) weight & strength training, hip mobility to prevent injury, stop/start drills, 5/10/10 sprints, speed training, flexibility, quick fast twitch muscle growth as well as structure and organization of exercise. At the end of the three months, the coach will go over achievements and address any future goals with each kid and their parents.
These can be individual, small group or team training sessions.
