AIM FOR A STELLAR SEASON

Total Sports Performance Training Program is designed for all sports on-off season to get your young athletes ready for a great season. Open to all boys and girls - our program is tailored to each individual's sports performance skills enhancement.

 

ALPHA FIT

Twice a week for three months, each kid goes through a professional assessment with one of our coaches. Our coaches formulate custom workouts for the kids that are aimed to enhance the position they play on their team sports.

 

THE GOAL

The focus of the exercises are (but not limited to) weight & strength training, hip mobility to prevent injury, stop/start drills, 5/10/10 sprints, speed training, flexibility, quick fast twitch muscle growth as well as structure and organization of exercise. At the end of the three months, the coach will go over achievements and address any future goals with each kid and their parents.

These can be individual, small group or team training sessions.
